 Despite  advances, women are significantly underrepresented in the workplace. In addition to external societal barriers for which many women are held back, there are many internal messages that sabotage the move into leadership.  Identify challenges women face and suggestions for minimizing them.
 Indicate suggestions for women to overcome beliefs and barriers that are obstacles to leadership.
