JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete accurate and timely payroll processing – gross to net calculations.
- Process federal and state tax filings and payments.
- Reconcile and process quarterly and year-end tax filings.
- Reconcile General Ledger for payroll related accounts and transactions.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Payroll Financial Analyst II ($57,680 - $86,520)

- Requires understanding of business and accounting practices and working knowledge of payroll at a level normally acquired through completion of four-year degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field and;
- Two years' experience in payroll functions.

Payroll Financial Analyst III ($66,670 - $100,140)

- Requires understanding of business and accounting practices and working knowledge of payroll at a level normally acquired through completion of four-year degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field and;
- Four years' experience in payroll functions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and complex spreadsheet functions.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of personal computers, ERP or accounting applications.
- Must comply with data integrity, confidentiality and security requirements.
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- This position is located on site in Bismarck, ND.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing payroll processing.
- Experience with UKG application.
- Experience with JD Edwards/PeopleSoft ERP applications.
