About UNDAF:
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, organized in 1985 to support the Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota through Aviation related training, research, and development. We have over 100 employees, with locations in Grand Forks, ND and Mesa, AZ.

Your Focus:
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Record general ledger and journal entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial results and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Perform routine accounting functions for property holdings.
• Assist with audit and budget preparation.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash transfers.
• Perform accounts receivable functions: prepare invoices, record collections, review aging and past due accounts.
• Make recommendations and assist with development of policies and procedures.
• Develop and prepare specialized or analytical financial reports and schedules as requested to assist management’s decision making.
• Perform special projects or assignments as requested.



Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting.
• Professional accounting experience with financial statement preparation is desired.
• Requires proficient computer skills with MS Office and accounting software.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail.


Comments:
Package:
• Salary dependent upon experience.
• Health insurance with 100% premium paid for single or family coverage; single dental with family coverage optional.
