This course explores the human-centered dimensions of CFO leadership, with an emphasis on ethics, team development, and corporate governance. Participants will examine the CFO’s role in setting the ethical tone, guiding cultural priorities, and supporting long-term value through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
